KENT, Ohio – A 44-yard field goal off the foot of Andrew Glass as time wound down on the clock gave the Gold Team a 24-23 victory over the Blue Team in Flash Bowl II.
With the team split evenly into the Blue and Gold Teams, the back-and-forth affair that took place Saturday night was expected and gave the raucous crowd inside Dix Stadium quite the show.
The game started with a celebratory coin toss where honorary head coaches Rob Senderoff and Todd Starkey shot for possession on a basketball hoop at half court.
